Beverage Hose Assemblies 38mm

A finished 38 mm beverage line rather than a length of hose: each assembly is fitted and crimped with 38 mm Triclover ends, ready to clamp into sanitary plant. Thirty-eight millimetres is the most common inside diameter on beverage manufacturing machines, which is why the range is built around it. Supplied in 2.5 m, 3 m, 4 m, 5 m, 6 m and 7 m lengths.

Compatibility and fitting

• Triclover ends need a matching clamp and gasket; a 38 mm Triclover single pin clamp is stocked as a separate variant on this page
• The galvanised wire helix keeps the bore open on a pump inlet, so the assembly works on suction as well as discharge

Can I get a length that is not listed?

The stocked assemblies run 2.5 m to 7 m. Sizes and lengths outside that are made to order, so contact us with the bore, the length and the end fitting you need and we will quote the assembly.
