Supplying Australian industry with hose since 1980
Hose Suppliers was established in 1980 to service the industrial, hose fitting, vee belt and marine trades. Four decades on we still do the same thing, from a warehouse in Hemmant, Brisbane: hold the range, know what goes with what, and get it to the people who need it.
Our product specialists have over 100 years of combined industrial experience between them. That matters more in this trade than it sounds. Hose that looks interchangeable often is not, and the difference between a fitting that holds and one that lets go under pressure is usually a detail on a spec sheet. If you are not certain, ring us before you order rather than after.
What we supply
Industrial and hydraulic
Air, water, chemical and hydraulic hose, camlocks, clamps, hose tails and adaptors, plus reels and fittings to suit.
Marine
Bilge and water hose, exhaust hose, fuel lines, pumps and stainless fittings for boats and commercial vessels.
Automotive and heavy vehicle
Silicone radiator and intercooler hose, elbows and reducers, fuel and oil hose, clamps and vee belts.
Water, rural and food grade
Layflat and suction hose, drinking water hose to AS/NZS 2070, garden and pump hose, cut to the length you need.
How we work
Most of what we sell is stocked rather than ordered in, and a good deal of it is sold by the metre and cut to order rather than picked off a shelf in a fixed length. Between the counter, the phone and the website, the same stock and the same people sit behind all three.
We supply trade accounts, workshops, fleets, resellers and the public, and we have never seen much reason to treat those differently. A one-off length of hose gets the same answer as a standing order.

Where are you located?
Our warehouse and trade counter are at 2/24 Aquarium Ave, Hemmant QLD 4174, in Brisbane. We are open Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm.
Do I need a trade account to buy?
No. Anyone can order online or over the counter at the prices shown on the site. A trade account adds volume pricing and 30-day terms for businesses buying regularly.
Can I buy hose by the metre?
Much of the range is sold by the metre and cut to order. The length options on each product page show what that product can be cut to.
I am not sure which hose or fitting I need.
Call (07) 3890 3359, Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm. Have the bore size, the working pressure and what is going through the hose to hand if you can, or bring the old part in to the counter. Guessing a pressure rating is not worth the risk.
