PVC Washing Machine Hose

Our PVC washing machine hose (part PHH12) is a 12.5 mm (1/2") bore white PVC hose for the hot and cold water supply to washing machines and dishwashers. It is reinforced with high tenacity polyester yarn, rated to 16 bar (232 psi) at 20°C and sold by the metre from 5 m to 100 m, so you can run one continuous hose to a tap on the far side of the laundry instead of joining short pre-made hoses. • Operating temperature -5°C to +60°C, so the same hose serves the hot and the cold tap

• Polyester yarn reinforcement stops the hose kinking or ballooning under mains pressure
• Cut per metre in 5 m steps to 60 m, plus 10 m and 20 m coils and a 100 m roll

Compatibility and fitting

The hose pushes over standard 12 mm (1/2") barbed hose tails. Washing machine taps and appliance inlets are normally 3/4" BSP, so pair it with a hose tail carrying the thread to match your tap from our brass fittings range, and secure each end with a 13-25 mm worm-drive clamp from our hose clamps.

Can this hose be used on the hot water tap? Yes. It is rated for service to +60°C, which covers the tempered hot water supplied to a washing machine or dishwasher.

How long can a washing machine hose be? The hose is sold by the metre up to 100 m. Keep the run as short as practical and avoid tight bends.
