Red Silicone Turbo/Intercooler Hose & Clamp Kits

This red silicone turbo and intercooler hose kit (parts SILJKT50, SILJKT63 and SILJKT75) gives you a straight silicone joiner and the two T-bolt clamps to fit it in one pack. The hose is 4-ply high-performance red silicone with aramid or polyester reinforcement, 3" (75 mm) long, in 2" (50 mm), 2 1/2" (63 mm) and 3" (75 mm) inside diameters, and is rated from -50°C to +260°C. Compatibility and fitting

Choose the kit by the outside diameter of the metal pipe you are joining: a 50 mm pipe takes the 50 mm kit. Seat the hose fully on each pipe, position the supplied T-bolt clamps behind the pipe bead, and tighten evenly; a T-bolt clamp spreads load around the hose and will not cut into silicone the way a perforated worm-drive band can. Frequently asked questions

Will silicone hose handle turbo boost? Yes. The 4-ply reinforced wall is built for charge-air pressure and the -50°C to +260°C rating covers post-turbo temperatures. Keep it on the intake side, not on exhaust or fuel lines.

Is silicone hose suitable for oil or fuel? No. The cover resists oil splash, but silicone is not for continuous contact with fuel or oil.
