12mm x 15Mtr Hot Water Recoila Reel

The Recoila 12 mm x 15 m hot water hose reel is the high flow option for heated wash down. The 12 mm bore moves considerably more water than the 10 mm reel, which is what you want when a shift ends and a full room has to be cleaned down quickly. Hose is nitrile blended PVC rated to +85°C, and the vented case can be washed out with the rest of the plant.

Compatibility and fitting

• Hose is fitted to the reel; connect the inlet to the hot water supply
• Use a hot rated gun from the wash down gun range, and size the fitting to 12 mm so the extra flow is not lost
• Matching loose hot water wash down hose is available for fixed runs
• If you need the gun included, choose the version of this reel supplied with a wash down gun

Do I need 12 mm or will 10 mm do?

If one person is spot cleaning, 10 mm is fine. If a whole room has to be washed down against the clock, or two operators share a supply, the 12 mm bore is the one that keeps pressure at the gun.
