Tridon Hose Clamps
About Tridon Hose Clamps
Tridon hose clamps have been the default worm-drive clamp in Australian workshops for decades, and the stainless steel range we stock covers the sizes that get used the most. You will find perforated and non-perforated bands, 316 stainless clamps boxed in tens, rubber-lined pipe clips and stainless uni band by the roll, all held in our Brisbane warehouse with Australia-wide delivery.
Types of Tridon hose clamps we stock
- Perforated band clamps: stainless thin and wide bands in ranges from 6-16 mm upward, for rubber radiator, heater and fuel hose.
- Non-perforated band clamps: a solid rolled band from 9.5-12 mm up, kinder to soft PVC and silicone hose that a slotted band can cut.
- 316 stainless clamps, boxes of 10: marine-grade clamps in thin and wide band, bought by the box for servicing and boat work.
- Rubber-lined pipe clips: 3 mm to 11 mm, to hold a pipe or cable without chafing it.
- Uni band 30 m rolls: strap from 3/8" to 3/4" wide, cut to length for oversized hose and ducting.
Choosing the right Tridon clamp
- Size: measure over the hose once it is on the fitting and pick a clamp whose range covers that measurement with adjustment left either way.
- Band: perforated for rubber and reinforced hose, non-perforated for silicone, PVC and thin-wall hose.
- Material: 316 stainless for marine and outdoor work; standard stainless for engine bays.
- Duty: for suction and large-bore delivery hose, step up to a bolt-type clamp from our wider hose clamps range.
