12mm x 18Mtr Air/Water Recoila Reel

The Recoila AW Series 12 mm x 18 m air and water hose reel (part HRAW1218) is the largest reel in the AW range, combining the 12 mm high flow bore with 18 m of reach. It is the reel for a wash bay or workshop where one mounting point has to cover the whole floor without dropping flow at the gun.

Compatibility and fitting

• Supplied complete with hose, ready to connect to an existing air or water supply
• Feed the reel with a supply line at least as large as the hose so the 12 mm bore is not throttled
• Finish with a wash down gun or a jet from the nozzle range
• For heated water, use a hot water reel from the reel range

Does a longer hose reduce pressure at the gun?

Every metre of hose costs a little pressure, and small bores cost more than large ones. That is exactly why the 18 m reel uses the 12 mm hose: the larger bore offsets the extra length so the gun still performs.
