20mm Clear Wire Helix Food Suction Hose

Twenty millimetre bore on a 27 mm outside diameter: one of the two sizes most small food and beverage plants keep on the shelf for pump suction and general transfer. The wall is clear, so an operator can see whether the line is running product, air or nothing at all. Working pressure 75 psi at 20°C, stock code HELI020.

How long a suction run can it take?

Keep it short and as straight as the layout allows. The helix stops the wall collapsing, but every extra metre and every bend adds resistance the pump has to overcome, and a long 20 mm suction line is the usual reason a small pump loses prime.
