Retractable SS Hose Reel 25M x 1/2" Hose

Retractable stainless steel hose reel (part HR3400), built from AISI 304 stainless steel and sized for 25 m of 1/2" (12 mm) hose. A stainless reel holding 25 m of 1/2 inch hose, the lighter of the two bores in the range. The smaller hose is easier to pull out and coils more tightly on the drum, which suits spot cleaning and general water duties. Supplied as a bare reel, so the hose is chosen to suit the duty and is not included.

Compatibility and fitting

• Choose 1/2 inch where the hose is handled constantly and weight matters
• Choose 3/4 inch instead if the job is moving volume rather than rinsing
• Trigger guns for 12 mm are in the wash down gun range
• Check the hose rating against your supply pressure and temperature; the hose sets the limit, not the reel

1/2 inch or 3/4 inch?

Take 1/2 inch where an operator pulls the hose out repeatedly and the job is rinsing. Take 3/4 inch where you are washing a floor down or need volume at the gun. Weight of hose is the deciding factor for most buyers.
