Retractable SS Hose Reel 35M x 3/4" Hose

Retractable stainless steel hose reel (part HR3503), built from AISI 304 stainless steel and sized for 35 m of 3/4" (20 mm) hose. The longest 3/4 inch reel in the stainless range, taking 35 m of hose from a single mounting point. It is specified where one reel has to cover a whole plant room, a large wash bay or a run of tanks. Supplied as a bare reel, so the hose is chosen to suit the duty and is not included.

Compatibility and fitting

• Mount overhead wherever you can so the hose drops to the work instead of sweeping the floor
• Check the reel has clear swing before you drill; 35 m of hose covers a wide arc
• Support the supply line properly, as the reel carries real weight when charged
• Check the hose rating against your supply pressure and temperature; the hose sets the limit, not the reel

Where should a 35 m reel be mounted?

Overhead and central. That length dragged across a floor is a trip hazard and wears the cover quickly. Dropping it from above keeps the hose clear and makes the retraction do the work.
