Ball Valve Nickel Plated Full Port F&F with Stainless Steel Handle

The general service workhorse of the range: a full port ball valve in nickel plated brass with a stainless steel handle, female BSP at both ends, in eleven sizes from BV06S at 6 mm to BV100S at 100 mm. Cold working pressure is 2500 kPa and the maximum temperature 150 degrees C, with PTFE seats and a chrome plated brass ball behind them.

Which part number do I order for a 25 mm line?

BV25S. The digits in the code are the nominal BSP size in millimetres, so a 50 mm line takes BV50S and a 100 mm line BV100S. Both ends are female, so plan on a male thread being presented on each side of the valve.

How hot and how hard can it run?

150 degrees C maximum, at a cold working pressure of 2500 kPa. The AGA rated gas valves built on the same body are held to 60 degrees C on gas, so do not carry one figure across to the other.
