RB65 Hot Water Gun Red 90°C

The RB65 in red is the heavy duty end of our washdown gun range: rated to 90°C and a maximum pressure of 350 PSI, with a low flow head that passes 60 L/min rather than dumping water at the operator's feet. The housing is a shockproof heat-resistant plastic with NR3 silicone rings, and it is fully sealed so there is nowhere for soil to sit, which is what makes it acceptable in food-grade cleaning. The inlet is a ½" FBSP swivel, so the hose does not wind up as the operator turns.

What does low flow actually save?

Water and heat. At 60 L/min the RB65 uses less hot water than an open hose end for the same cleaning effect, because the trigger concentrates the jet instead of flooding the surface. On a plant running several stations a shift, that is the whole argument for it.

Is 350 PSI a working pressure or a maximum?

It is the maximum. Supply pressure at the gun should sit below it, and the temperature ceiling of 90°C applies at the same time, not instead of it.
