Relaxn Auto Bilge Pump 750 GPH 24V Submersible

BP750A24 is the 24V version of the 750 GPH automatic pump, for vessels wired on a 24 volt system rather than 12. That is the whole decision here: the flow rate is the same approximately 2839 litres per hour, the integrated water sensing control is the same, and the compact body fits the same tight bilges. What changes is the motor winding, and a 12V pump on a 24V system will not survive it. The motor is ignition protected, non-burnout and water-cooled with a stainless steel shaft.

Can I run a 24V pump on 12V?

No. At half the design voltage the motor will not develop its rated flow, and the reverse, a 12V pump on 24V, burns it out. Check the system voltage at the switchboard, not the battery label, before choosing.
