Stainless Steel Strap Buckles Box of 100

Strap buckles are the other half of a banding system. You cut a length of stainless uni band to suit whatever you are clamping, thread it through a buckle, tension it with the banding tool and cut it off. Between them the band and buckle will clamp a diameter no fixed clamp can reach, and they hold shapes that are not round.

• Tension by tool rather than by hand, or the joint will not hold under load

Why buy band and buckles rather than clamps?

Because you make the clamp to fit. One roll of band and a box of buckles covers every diameter above the range of ordinary clamps, and there is no stocking a dozen sizes on the off chance.

Do I need the tool?

Yes. Hand tensioning does not reach the load the band is capable of, and the cut end is left sharp. The CT1 tool tensions and trims properly.
