200mm Grey PVC Ductaflex Ducting

200mm ducting in grey PVC Ductaflex (part DG200) is a lightweight flexible duct for air, dust, non-combustible fume and light material handling. The wall is grey PVC reinforced with an external square PVC helix, which keeps the bore smooth for airflow while the rib on the outside gives the duct its strength and lets it bend around obstructions. It is rated from 0°C to 50°C, sold by the metre from 1 m to a 10 m coil, and stocked in our Brisbane warehouse. Full specifications are listed below.

Compatibility and fitting

Slide the duct over a 200 mm spigot or flange on the fan, hood or machine and clamp it behind the first rib. Wide-band hose clamps run to 298-349 mm, which covers this duct on a spigot, and the hose clamps collection lists the full size range. For abrasive material such as grit or metal swarf, use polyurethane ducting instead.

Frequently asked questions

Is 200mm ducting suitable for a bathroom or dryer exhaust? It suits general air and vapour extraction within its 0°C to 50°C rating. It is PVC, so keep it away from hot exhaust and combustible fumes and check the outlet temperature of a dryer before using it there.

Can I join two lengths? Yes. Butt the ends over a short length of 200 mm pipe or a joiner sleeve and clamp both sides.
