20mm White PVC Washdown Hose

20mm white PVC washdown hose (part PHWD20) is the most requested size in the range and the default for industrial and rural washdown. It carries enough volume to clean properly while staying light enough to move around a shed all day. It is built from premium polymers with a UV stabilised white cover and blue stripes, reinforced with high tenacity polyester yarn, and stays flexible even in the cold.

Compatibility and fitting

• Fits a 20mm hose tail; secure with a stainless hose clamp sized to the 28mm outside diameter
• Pair it with a wash down gun or a jet from the nozzle range
• For heated water above 60°C use hot water wash down hose instead
• Brass and stainless tails to suit are in the fittings range

Why white with blue stripes?

The white UV stabilised cover shows dirt, which matters in food and dairy areas where the hose is part of the hygiene picture, and the stripes make the hose easy to identify against general purpose lines.
