25mm Rubber Water Delivery Hose

A 25 mm (1") rubber delivery hose, RWD025mm, is what a washdown line becomes when a PVC hose keeps splitting. The cover is black smooth synthetic rubber that resists abrasion and weather, the carcass is high strength synthetic cord, and the rating is 10 bar (145 psi) across -20 to +80°C. It handles pump pressure but not vacuum, so it goes on the outlet side only.

Will a 25 mm delivery hose work as a suction hose?

No. Delivery hose relies on cord that carries pressure from inside. Suction needs a rigid helix to hold the bore open when the pressure is on the outside, which this hose does not have.

Why rubber rather than PVC for washdown?

It stays flexible in the cold, the cover resists abrasion where the hose is dragged across concrete, and at 10 bar (145 psi) it takes more pressure than a light PVC hose of the same bore.
