32mm Rubber Petrol & Oil Delivery Hose

32mm rubber petrol and oil delivery hose (RPOD032mm) sits between the small bowser sizes and the plant refuelling bores. At 32 mm it will pass the output of most portable diesel transfer pumps without throttling them, and it still coils onto a hook at the end of a shift. The tube is compounded for fuel at 55% aromatic content; the cover is oil resistant so spills wipe off rather than soak in.

Compatibility and fitting

• Never fit it to a pump inlet: without a helix the wall pulls in under vacuum
• Pairs with 32 mm hose tails and camlock couplings on a 32 mm shank
• Two clamps per tail is normal practice on fuel work at this bore; see the clamp range
• Keep the copper anti-static wire continuous into the fitting at each end

What does 55% aromatic content mean?

It describes how much aromatic hydrocarbon the tube compound is built to tolerate. A higher figure means the rubber holds its shape on modern petrol blends instead of swelling and going soft.
