32mm White PVC Washdown Hose

32mm white PVC washdown hose (part PHWD32) is a heavy duty washdown hose for high volume work, used where large areas have to be cleared of solids fast and a smaller bore simply cannot shift the water. It is built from premium polymers with a UV stabilised white cover and blue stripes, reinforced with high tenacity polyester yarn, and stays flexible even in the cold.

• Working pressure 1.0 MPa (145 psi) at 20°C, built to a 4:1 safety factor
• Operating temperature -5°C to +60°C, suitable for hot and cold water
• High tenacity polyester yarn reinforcement
• White UV stabilised PVC cover with blue stripes and an abrasion resistant finish
• Conforms to AS/NZS 2070 for plastics in food contact
• Cut to length or supplied as a full coil (20 m, 30 m, 60 m and 100 m)

Compatibility and fitting

• Fits a 32mm hose tail; secure with a stainless hose clamp sized to the 43mm outside diameter
• Pair it with a wash down gun or a jet from the nozzle range
• For heated water above 60°C use hot water wash down hose instead
• Brass and stainless tails to suit are in the fittings range

Is it still flexible at 32 mm?

It is flexible for its bore, and it stays workable in cold weather, but 32 mm charged with water is heavy. Plan the run so the operator is not dragging the whole length to reach the work.
