38mm White Marine Sanitation Hose

38 mm is the discharge size on most marine toilets and holding tanks, and part PSHSW38 is the hose that run is normally plumbed in. The supplier rates it for marine toilets, suction and low pressure delivery at up to 130 psi at 20°C, over a temperature range of -5 to +60°C. Like the smaller bores it is a white PVC blend with 20% nitrile content and a rigid PVC helix, the nitrile being what keeps odour inside the wall in a hot, closed compartment.

Compatibility and fitting

Is this hose rated for suction?

Yes. The supplier lists marine toilets, suction and low pressure delivery as the intended uses, so it can sit on the inlet side of a pump as well as the outlet side, within the 130 psi and 60°C limits.
