50mm PVC Food Suction Hose Black/Clear

Fifty millimetre bore on a 60.2 mm outside diameter, clear walled with a black helix for visual inspection of whatever is moving through it. The supplier rates it for food suction, air seeder work and mild chemicals, with good UV and abrasion resistance for hose that lives outdoors. Working pressure 0.5 MPa (73 psi) at 20°C. Suction or delivery: which do I need?

If the hose sits between the tank and the pump it is a suction hose and it must have a helix, or the vacuum will flatten it. If it sits after the pump it only sees positive pressure. This hose is built for both, which is why it can run the full circuit.
