90mm Rubber Water Delivery Hose

RWD090mm covers the 90 mm bore, the step between 76 mm and 100 mm in the rubber delivery range. It is bought for bulk transfer where a pump outlet is 90 mm and dropping to a smaller hose would throttle the flow. High strength synthetic cord holds 10 bar (145 psi); the tube and cover are black smooth synthetic rubber rated -20 to +80°C. Discharge side only, since there is no helix to resist vacuum.

Compatibility and fitting

Should the delivery hose match the pump outlet exactly?

Work from the outlet and the fitting shank. Undersizing the delivery line costs pressure at the far end through friction loss, and on a long bulk transfer run that loss adds up quickly.

How should a 90 mm hose be stored?

Drained and loosely coiled, off the ground and out of direct sun where possible. The cover is weather resistant, but a hose left kinked under load takes a set at the fold.
