32mm (1 1/4") Blue Silicone Radiator/Intercooler Hose

32 mm (1 1/4") blue silicone hose sits in the small coolant band, joining bypass runs, throttle body coolant lines and compact intake piping on cars, light trucks and machinery. Read the limit first: this is a coolant and charge air hose and the supplier does not rate it for fuel or oil transfer. The wall is high performance silicone over four plies of polyester fabric, so it holds its round section on a tight bend rather than kinking flat.

Will 32 mm silicone fit a 1 1/4 inch pipe?

Yes. The supplier lists this hose at 32 mm (1 1/4"), and the figure is the inside diameter, so the hose pushes over a 1 1/4" spigot and the clamp pulls it down onto the bead.

Can it be cut down?

Yes. Cut square with a sharp blade so the end seats fully on the spigot and the clamp sits behind the bead rather than on the cut edge.
