32mm Rubber Water Delivery Hose

The 32 mm bore, RWD032mm, is the delivery hose for small pumps that push more water than a 25 mm line can carry without losing pressure at the nozzle. Its high strength synthetic cord carcass is rated 10 bar (145 psi), the tube and cover are black smooth synthetic rubber, and the working range is -20 to +80°C. It is a discharge hose: nothing in the wall resists a pump drawing on it.

Compatibility and fitting

• Fitted with 32 mm tails or camlock shanks; see camlocks
• Clamp both ends of the barb using a hose clamp rated for a rubber wall

Rubber delivery hose or layflat for pump discharge?

Layflat is lighter, cheaper and packs flat. Rubber stays round, takes rougher handling and holds 10 bar (145 psi). Choose layflat for a run that gets rolled up daily, rubber for one that stays rigged.

Does it kink when it is coiled?

The rubber wall recovers its shape when uncoiled, but a hose stored in a tight coil under weight can flatten at the fold. Store it loosely coiled and off the ground.
