63mm Rubber Petrol & Oil Delivery Hose

63mm rubber petrol and oil delivery hose (RPOD063mm) is a bulk-handling size. It carries the output of a large transfer pump into storage, and because the hose is heavy when full it usually lives on a fixed run rather than being dragged about. The wall is a fuel-resistant synthetic rubber tube over textile cord, with a copper anti-static wire laid in, and an oil resistant black cover.

Compatibility and fitting

• Discharge duty only; the tanker or tank draw uses 63mm petrol and oil suction hose
• Terminate on 63 mm tails or camlocks, clamped with a heavy band
• Support long runs so the filled weight is not hanging on the coupling
• Take the copper anti-static wire through to earth at both fittings

How cold can it be run?

The stated service band runs from -20 through to +80°C. Below the bottom of that band the rubber stiffens, so a hose left out on a frosty site should be warmed and flexed before it is put under pressure.
