Blue/Yellow Pvc Air Hose With Nitto Fittings

These are finished air tool assemblies rather than bulk hose: Nitto compatible one touch couplings are permanently attached with ferrules at each end, so there is nothing to clamp on and nothing to work loose under vibration. The hose is a smooth black PVC inner with high tenacity polyester yarn reinforcement, under a blue PVC cover with a yellow stripe, and it conforms to AS 2554 Class B. Operating temperature is -5°C to +60°C. Assemblies come in 10 m, 15 m, 20 m and 30 m.

Why buy an assembly instead of hose and fittings?

The ferrule. A crimped ferrule holds the coupling on far better than a worm drive clamp, which is the joint that blows off first on a shop-made air line. It also means the assembly arrives ready to plug in.

What length should I choose?

Enough to reach the far corner of the bay without dragging spare hose across the floor. Longer assemblies lose more pressure at the tool, so take the shortest of the 10 m, 15 m, 20 m and 30 m options that actually reaches.
