10mm x 20Mtr Hot Water Recoila Reel

The Recoila 10 mm x 20 m hot water hose reel (part HRHW1020) is built for heated wash down in kitchens, food preparation areas and processing plants, where a standard cold water reel would not survive the temperature. The nitrile blended PVC hose handles water to +85°C, and the case is vented so the reel can be cleaned down hygienically and dries out between shifts.

Compatibility and fitting

• Supplied with hose fitted; connect the inlet to your hot water supply
• Finish with a hot rated wash down gun; a cold water gun will not last on heated water
• Loose hot water wash down hose is stocked separately for fixed runs
• Do not fit standard garden or cold water hose to this reel, and do not run hot water through an air and water reel

Why a vented case in a food area?

A sealed drum traps water and warmth, which is exactly what an auditor does not want to see near food. The vented case can be hosed out and allows air through the drum so the hose and housing dry between wash downs.
