12mm Clear Wire Helix Food Suction Hose

Twelve millimetre bore, 19 mm outside, and clear enough to watch wine or juice move through it. The steel helix is wound into the wall rather than laid on the outside, so the hose stays round on the suction side while the bore stays smooth for cleaning. Rated 100 psi at 20°C. Stock code HELI012.

Why does the pressure drop as the bore gets bigger?

The wall thickness stays much the same while the bore grows, so the same wall holds back less pressure. This 12 mm size is rated 100 psi; the 20 mm is 75 psi and the 50 mm 45 psi. Choose the bore for flow, then check the rating covers the pump.
