15mm John Guest Locking Collar

The 15 mm locking collar, part JGLC15, clips behind the collet of a compatible John Guest fitting and locks the tubing into place. It is a clip on part fitted by hand, and it exists for the installations where the plumbing never stops moving: caravans, vessels, portable units and anything that spends its life on a road or a swell.

Compatibility and fitting

Does the collar come off to release the tube?

Yes, and that is the whole idea. Unclip the collar, then press the collet and draw the tube out. While the collar is in place the collet cannot be pushed by a passing knee or a shifting load.

Collar or clip for my fittings?

Size decides it. JGLC15 is the 15 mm collar and the 12 mm range uses a clip; they are not interchangeable, so check the tube diameter in the run before ordering.
