50mm Grey PVC Ductaflex Ducting

50 mm Grey PVC External Rib Ducting is grey PVC ducting reinforced with a square external PVC helix. It is the smallest bore in the Ductaflex range, for bench tools and small capture points where the duct is handled constantly.

Why all PVC at this size?

Because a small duct gets pulled about more than any other, and the external rib takes that wear. There is also no metal helix to work harden and snap at a tight bend.

External rib or steel helix?

The external rib is all PVC, so nothing rusts and there is no metal in the wall. Choose it where the duct gets dragged about. Choose the steel helix where suction is strong enough to collapse a softer duct.
