About Plastiflex Vac Hose
Vacuum hose keeps the airflow up on carpet cleaning trucks, portable extractors and car wash bays, where a collapsed or kinked line means lost suction. Hose Suppliers Australia stocks three grades in Brisbane: G VAC vacuum hose, M VAC industrial vacuum hose and Hi-Vac liquid suction hose, with cut-per-metre and full-coil options.
Types of vacuum hose we stock
- G VAC vacuum hose: flexible, collapse-resistant hose for truck-mounted and portable carpet cleaning systems and car wash installations, with temperature capability up to 65 deg C for hot air and vacuum recovery lines. Available in 38 mm and 50 mm.
- M VAC industrial vacuum hose: a heavier 50 mm hose for industrial suction and light material handling where the line sees more abrasion.
- Hi-Vac liquid suction hose: 50 mm hose for recovery lines carrying water and slurry back to the tank, supplied as a 15 m coil.

Choosing the right vacuum hose
- Size: match the machine inlet and wand. 50 mm moves more air over long runs; 38 mm is lighter at the wand.
- Air or liquid: G VAC and M VAC are for air and light solids; choose Hi-Vac when the hose carries liquid under vacuum.
- Temperature: G VAC is the choice for warm recovery air; keep any hose away from exhaust heat above its stated rating.
- Fittings: secure cuffs and hose tails with the right hose clamps.
