G VAC Vacuum Hose

G VAC is the vacuum hose used on truck-mounted and portable carpet cleaning systems and in car wash installations, where a line that kinks or flattens costs suction at the wand. It is built to stay flexible enough to route around a machine and through a doorway while resisting collapse when the vacuum is running. Temperature capability is 65°C, which covers the hot air and vacuum recovery lines on professional cleaning equipment. Stocked in 38 mm as GVAC38 and 50 mm as GVAC50.

Compatibility and fitting

• Match the hose bore to the machine inlet: 38 mm for most portables, 50 mm for truck mounts

Should I buy 38 mm or 50 mm?

Match the machine. A 50 mm hose on a 38 mm inlet needs a reducer that becomes the restriction, and a 38 mm hose on a truck mount throttles the airflow the blower was sized for. Measure the inlet before ordering.

Can it carry hot recovery water?

The published capability is 65°C, which covers hot air and vacuum recovery. For a dedicated liquid suction line under vacuum, the Hi-Vac grade is built for that duty.
