19mm Clear Yellow Tygon Hose F-4040A

19 mm is the largest F-4040A bore we hold and the one used for bulk transfer, tank fills and large vent lines where the fluid needs to stay visible. TYGON3/4 shares the 15 psi ceiling of the 12.5 mm size, which puts it firmly in gravity and low-lift territory rather than on a pump discharge. It handles fuels, lubricants and some chemicals from 0 to 74°C, and it is stocked cut by the metre so a single fill line does not cost a full box.

Compatibility and fitting

• Goes over a 19 mm barb; a large bore needs a proper clamp at each end, not a push fit
• Support the run, because 19 mm tubing full of fluid is heavy enough to pull off an unclamped spigot

Is this hose suitable for a pumped transfer line?

Not on the discharge side. The maximum is 15 psi, which most transfer pumps exceed. Use it on the suction or gravity side, or move to a reinforced hose rated for the pump you are running.
