25mm White PVC Washdown Hose

25mm white PVC washdown hose (part PHWD25) is the high volume washdown size, specified where a job has to be finished quickly: wash bays, large sheds and process floors where 20 mm would leave the operator waiting on the hose. It is built from premium polymers with a UV stabilised white cover and blue stripes, reinforced with high tenacity polyester yarn, and stays flexible even in the cold.

• Operating temperature -5°C to +60°C, suitable for hot and cold water

Compatibility and fitting

• Fits a 25mm hose tail; secure with a stainless hose clamp sized to the 34.2mm outside diameter
• Pair it with a wash down gun or a jet from the nozzle range
• For heated water above 60°C use hot water wash down hose instead
• Brass and stainless tails to suit are in the fittings range

Does a bigger hose need more pressure?

No, it needs more flow. A 25 mm hose fed from a tap sized for 12 mm will not deliver its advantage, so check the supply and the fittings are sized to match before stepping up.
