100mm Rubber Petrol & Oil Delivery Hose

100mm rubber petrol and oil delivery hose (RPOD100) is the largest bore in this range and it exists for one reason: bulk. A line this size empties a tanker compartment or shifts fuel between storage vessels in a fraction of the time a 76 mm run takes. Full of product it is heavy, so it is normally installed on a fixed discharge run with proper support rather than handled loose.

Compatibility and fitting

• Couple with 100 mm camlock fittings; clamped tails are rare at this size
• Support the run, because a filled 100 mm hose will pull a coupling out of line
• The loading side of the operation uses 100mm petrol and oil suction hose, which has a steel wire helix
• Bond the copper anti-static wire through both fittings

Is delivery hose the same thing as suction hose?

No, and swapping them is the common mistake. Delivery hose is cord reinforced for pressure. Suction hose adds a steel wire helix so the bore stays open when a pump pulls a vacuum on it.
