38mm Rubber Food Suction Hose

Thirty-eight millimetres is the bore most beverage pumps are built around, and this is the version that survives a working floor. Food quality synthetic rubber tube, FDA approved; abrasion and weather resistant cover; high strength synthetic cord reinforcement incorporating a steel wire helix. Working pressure 10 bar, temperature range -35°C to +70°C. Stock code RSFG038mm.

Why choose 10 bar rubber over a PVC food hose?

Two reasons. The pressure ceiling is far higher than the 0.6 MPa a 38 mm PVC food hose carries, and the rubber cover takes abrasion, sunlight and being driven over. The trade-off is weight and the loss of a see-through wall.
