75mm Layflat Hose Blue

LF075B carries the volume a large transfer or trash pump puts out without choking its outlet. Bore is 75 mm, outside diameter 81 mm, and the wall is good for 60 psi (4.1 bar) at 20°C. Because the hose flattens when it drains, a long 75 mm run rolls into a fraction of the space rigid hose of the same bore needs. It is discharge equipment: nothing in the wall resists vacuum.

Compatibility and fitting

• 75 mm camlocks and tails are the usual termination; see camlock fittings
• At this bore the hose is heavy when charged, so anchor the fitting rather than relying on the clamp alone
• Band clamps for large bores are under hose clamps
• The suction leg needs grey PVC suction hose or a rubber suction hose

Can a 75 mm layflat hose be driven over?

Charged hose under a wheel is a burst risk, and a crushed hose on a bend chafes. Route it clear of traffic, or protect the crossing point. The cover resists UV and abrasion but not a loaded axle.

Does it come longer than 25 m?

Yes. Beyond the 25 m cut length it is supplied as 50 m, 75 m and 100 m rolls, which saves a coupling in the middle of a long discharge run.
