76mm Rubber Petrol & Oil Delivery Hose

Tanker discharge is what 76mm rubber petrol and oil delivery hose (RPOD076mm) is for. A 76 mm bore keeps a gravity or pumped drop moving fast enough that a truck is not standing on site longer than it needs to be, and the oil resistant cover survives being dragged across a hardstand. Like every hose in the delivery build it has cord reinforcement and no helix, so it runs from the pump outwards, never into the pump.

Compatibility and fitting

• At this bore the hose is normally coupled with 76 mm camlocks rather than clamped tails

Why does a fuel hose need an anti-static wire?

Fuel moving through a hose generates static. The copper wire gives that charge a path to earth through the fittings, provided the wire is connected at both ends rather than trimmed flush with the cut.
