76mm Rubber Petrol & Oil Suction Hose

Tanker loading is the usual home for 76mm rubber petrol and oil suction hose (RPOS076mm). A 76 mm bore moves enough volume that a truck is filled in a sensible time, and the steel wire helix keeps that bore open while a large pump pulls product out of storage. Handling matters at this size: the hose is heavy empty and heavier full, so it is normally run on a fixed line or a davit rather than carried.

Does a bigger bore need a bigger bend radius?

Yes. Large helix hose does not turn tightly, and forcing it round a corner deforms the wall and can crack the cover. Plan the run with sweeping bends and let the hose lie naturally.
