90mm Rubber Petrol & Oil Suction Hose

90 mm sits between the two common bulk sizes and is stocked because a fair amount of fuel plant is plumbed to it. RPOS090mm is 90mm rubber petrol and oil suction hose: a steel wire helix inside a cord-reinforced wall, with a fuel-resistant tube and an oil resistant cover. It is a draw hose for bulk fuel handling, not a general purpose water or air line.

Compatibility and fitting

• Recommended clamps SC112, or SC112SS in stainless steel
• Terminate on 90 mm tails or camlocks and support the weight of the filled hose
• Delivery-side runs are covered by petrol and oil delivery hose
• Store it lying flat or in a wide coil so the helix is not set into a kink

Why is the clamp size not the same as the hose size?

Clamps are sized on the outside diameter, which on a helix hose is well over the bore. SC112 is the band that closes onto the outside of a 90 mm suction hose.
