63mm PVC Water Suction Hose Grey

At 63 mm, PSHG065 feeds the larger irrigation and dewatering pumps that a 50 mm inlet would strangle. The wall is heavy duty flexible grey PVC with a rigid PVC helix through it, so vacuum from the pump cannot pull the bore shut. Outside diameter measures 74.4 mm and the working pressure is 0.6 MPa (87 psi) at 20°C. One length: the 20 m coil.

Can this hose be bent tight around a pump?

The helix sets a minimum bend radius. Force it tighter and the spiral distorts and the bore chokes. Keep the run as straight as the site allows and add length rather than a hard bend.
