About Yellow PVC Hose
Safety yellow PVC hose does the same work as any general-purpose water hose, but it is impossible to miss on a busy site. That makes it the choice for construction, civil and mining work, and for colour-coding services in a shed where several hoses run side by side. We stock five bores from 20 mm to 50 mm, cut per metre from 2 m or supplied on a 20 m coil from our Brisbane warehouse.
Sizes of yellow PVC hose we stock
- 20 mm: light hand-held work, wash-down and general tap lines.
- 25 mm: the general-purpose size for pump and site water.
- 32 mm: longer runs where pressure drop starts to matter.
- 38 mm: higher volume delivery from pumps and tanks.
- 50 mm: large-bore transfer and dust suppression work.

Choosing the right yellow PVC hose
- Size: order on inside diameter and match it to the fitting, not to the outside of an old hose.
- Duty: this is a delivery hose. Suction work needs a helix-reinforced suction hose.
- Fittings: pair it with camlock fittings or brass hose tails and a suitable hose clamp.
- Length: buy the run you need rather than coiling excess, which kinks and shortens hose life.
- Visibility: keep the colour code consistent so crews can tell water from air lines at a glance.
